I shopped with these people and asked if their items were natural and they told me yes, as shown in the picture. When I got them I knew right away they were not and that they were glued together. I asked for a refund and they sent me an email begging me not to file a complaint with PayPal against them and that they would refund my money, it was only $91.00 but for me, it’s the principle of the matter. I was sold fake items, and when they felt comfortable and knew I didn’t file a complaint, they started sending me numerous messages saying they don’t sell fake products and for me to take the fake glued balls to a professional dealer (uh… hello I am a business owner)…to prove to them they are fake. They are highly deceptive and unrealistically egregious. The message they left underneath my 1st review seems “nice” and that they are resolving it, when in fact I got another email saying again they didn’t sell me fake products.
I know the difference between epoxy and garden Quartz. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. HIGHLY DECEPTIVE AND THEY TRY TO GASLIGHT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THIS IS A VERY BAD BUSINESS!!

I purchased through a live TikTok and was told the spheres were natural not manmade. When I got them, they were terrible! You could see where they glued them together. I asked for a refund and was told they would give me one and then they started harassing me. They lied and stole from me. Highly unethical and unprofessional.
